Through an evolution spanning over 130 years, it is now clear that Infrared Sauna has cemented itself at the centre of a rapidly evolving world of health and wellbeing. As against a traditional sauna, which uses steam or hot coals to heat the air around you, infrared saunas use specifically designed carbon fibre heaters that emit infrared light absorbed by the body, providing a deep soothing warmth at lower temperatures than traditional sauna.
